DEPOSIT POLICY:

Deposit must be sent no less than 10 minutes after booking it is $20, If deposit is not sent at least 10 minutes after booking I’m banning you from booking and canceling the appointment & Any kind of deposits are non refundable-unless I cancel the appointment, if you don’t agree with location , rules or etc after you book that does not make a deposit refundable it is only refundable if I cancel your appointment. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICY : 

CASH ONLY for your remaining balance no exceptions , this for remaining balances only deposit will be payed through cash app that will be announced at the end of the booking stage when booking an appointment 

WIG DROP OFF POLICY : 

Wig must be dropped off  prior to appointment , please do not text asking to drop off after you book or whenever you see fit please wait until you receive the drop off text for when you will have to drop off (be patient with me queens ) . ,if you book an appointment for a wig install , you will eventually receive a text for when to drop off and time along with where to drop off this will be with your confirmation, which will include all the details for your appointment. please do not Text or dm me asking me for the confirmation text after you book you should receive a email and then please patiently wait on your confirmation text to be sent out. 

If you book an appointment that is in 1-2days you have to pay a same day customization fee of 35$  if it’s a wig install

LATE FEE POLICY:

after 10 minutes a $20 late fee is added to your remaining balance , after   15 minutes your appointment is cancelled . If I don’t have busy day that day and only if that  and if you wish to continue after the 15 m it’s a extra $40

EXTRA PEOPLE POLICY

no extra people or kids or babies at your appointment !. As far as parents they are more than welcome to come in and greet me but staying is not allowed I prefer to work alone and in peace 

ARRIVAL POLICY

Most likely I won’t be on my phone  until the exact time of appointment because ofc I’m doing everything I can get done before the appointment time so at the appointment time I will open the door do not sit outside waiting on a text back to come knock when your appointment time arrive if I don’t answer and it’s your appointment time because I may not be on my phone and wouldn’t want you to miss your appointment . 

AMAZON WIGS POLICY :

no Amazon wigs unless it’s off my list that is pinned on my page I prefer  PIAZZAZ , or lemoda off Amazon lemoda has all textures and also 613 (heavily prefer that brand or beeos for any frontals or closures off of there , I alsoprefer hd lace for closures and frontals ,

EATING AT APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please eat before your appointment not while you’re getting hair done . You don’t want products near your food sprays go a great distance and it’s very dangerous if it’s sprayed and falls on your food while your eating it and that would be rude of me to make a mistake and do that also is a distraction to holding your head high up 

SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS POLICY !! :

Sundays and Mondays are an extra 40$ extra . why is that ? , the reason why sundays and Mondays are $40 extra because it is my off days out of the whole entire week so I do have to charge extra for them . 

SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS 

They  are as low as $35 to as high as $60 that is the range I will text you if you book a squeeze in on the site, meaning >after 4 people book if you are the 5th one you are considered a squeeze in because that means I get no lunch or break for 12 hours straight or if you dm me about a date that is fully booked you are also a squeeze in . 

BOOKING ON A HOLIDAY policy ! 

Holidays are not free ! They are $60 extra you can also only book super early am appointments for the day of holidays 7 am for every other holiday and Mari gas 5 am . Mardi Gras 5 am is a extra $80 

RESCHEDULE POLICY

must reschedule at least 5days before appointment or new deposit is required to change times or dates
